Support Contracts Built Around Your Business

We offer two monthly support contract tiers, both billed per computer per month (never per user), so your costs are predictable and scale cleanly as your business grows or changes.

Business Essentials covers updates, backups and security managed on your behalf. On-site visits are available when needed, charged at a £60 call-out fee plus labour. Pricing starts at £36 per computer per month for a single machine, dropping to £31.20 each for 2 to 3 computers, £25.20 each for 4 to 9, £22.20 each for 10 to 17, and £21.60 each for 18 or more. All prices exclude VAT.

Business Premium adds on-site labour and call-outs into the monthly fee. Pricing for Business Premium starts at £54 per computer per month for one machine. For 2 to 3 computers it is £42 each, 4 to 6 is £38.60 each, 7 to 9 is £33.80 each, 10 to 12 is £31.20 each, 13 to 15 is £28.40 each, 16 to 19 is £25.40 each, and 20 or more comes down to £24.40 each (all excluding VAT).

No Contract? Pay-As-You-Go Blocks of Time

Not every Cambridge business wants a monthly contract. If you would rather buy support as you need it, we offer pre-paid blocks of time that include monthly monitoring and priority service, and are valid for up to six months.

• 8 hours: £592 (excluding VAT)
• 16 hours: £1,123 (excluding VAT)

These blocks suit businesses that are largely self-sufficient but want a reliable resource to call on when something needs expert attention - a server migration, a Microsoft 365 configuration issue, or a security concern that needs proper investigation.

Microsoft 365 Support and Managed Email

Microsoft 365 has become the standard platform for business email, document storage and team collaboration. Common problems include account access and permissions, shared mailbox configuration, OneDrive sync failures and Teams connectivity issues. We can manage your Microsoft 365 environment as part of a support contract, or deal with specific issues on a pay-as-you-go basis.

We also offer a managed email service for businesses that want their email infrastructure looked after properly without handling it in-house. Pricing for managed email is quoted on request.

Windows PC and Laptop Support

Slow machines, failed updates, corrupted user profiles and driver conflicts are all fixable, and in many cases can be resolved remotely without an engineer needing to visit. Where hardware is genuinely at end of life, we will tell you plainly rather than spend time patching something that needs replacing.

Windows 10 support from Microsoft ended on 14 October 2025, meaning any business still running Windows 10 machines beyond that date without paid Extended Security Updates will be running unsupported software. That is a real security concern, not a sales pitch. If your business has machines that cannot run Windows 11, now is the time to plan for replacement or upgrade - and we can help you work through that systematically rather than in a panic when the deadline arrives.

Security and Backup - Kept in Check

Both our contract tiers include security monitoring and backup management. A common source of real damage to small businesses is not a sophisticated attack but a basic failure: an unpatched system, a weak password reused across accounts, or a backup that was never verified and fails at the point it is needed.
